Listing management is sold by the location by the month. The recurring cost scales with the roster, and the accumulated work — knowing which directory accepts what, in which format, through which door — belongs to the vendor. Cancel, and the listings revert.

So we built the map ourselves. 55 directories researched across 4 waves, every finding validated against a schema, every terms-of-service verdict recorded with a verbatim quote and the date it was read. That corpus is the part that took the time, and it is the part that compounds.

LocalSync is the system built on top of it: one canonical record per location, pushed by whatever door each directory allows, read back and verified on a schedule, with evidence for every change. It runs on our own hardware. Today it manages our clients' locations across 5 verticals. That is the proving ground — the platform is being built to hold other operators' locations too, and when it is ready to do that we will say so plainly rather than announce it early.
